What’s the difference between Gelato and Ice cream?
Iced cream is more of a crystal texture. Gelato is creamier, tastier and is typically served at lower temperatures than Iced Cream.
What kind of Machinery do you use for your Gelato?
…..We dont. All of our products are made by hand in a lengthy process…. including our gelato. Everything is made in small batches and we sell out quickly. This ensures optimal freshness in every pint you buy.
What kind of facility do you have? A big factory?
Nope, we’re a husband and wife team that own a Health Inspected Micro Bakery in our home. We are inspected and built the same way that most restaurants are.

I’ll stop you right there. We have 14 flavours with varying ingredients so cross-contamination is always a risk.
What I CAN say is, some of our flavours don’t contain glutinous ingredients, and some do not contain ingredients with nuts.

I See youve done some collaborations with local businesses, how does it work?
Our Support local Program is a project that we’ve launched that approaches bakeries about cool new opportunities. We take a signature product from that establishment and turn it into a Gelato flavor. It creates a new product for that establishment to sell and it makes everyone happy.
