Gelato is creamier, tastier and is typically served at lower temperatures than Iced Cream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What kind of facility do you have? A big factory?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nope, we&#8217;re a husband and wife team that own a Health Inspected Micro Bakery  in our home. We are inspected and built the same way that most restaurants are. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Im allergic to&#8230;..<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;ll stop you right there.  We have 14 flavours with varying ingredients so cross-contamination is always a risk. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What I CAN say is, some of our flavours don&#8217;t contain glutinous ingredients, and some do not contain ingredients with nuts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also&#8230;.
